About
My name is Karol Czubkowski. I am a Polish attorney-at-law with over 15 years of law firm and corporate experience, including as in-house counsel in the life sciences sector.
I have worked directly with management boards and sales, marketing, regulatory, quality and logistics teams. This has taught me that effective legal support must reflect the pace of decision-making, accountability and the commercial rationale of the solution.
I combine legal analysis with project ownership: I develop strategy, negotiate, structure risk and turn complex issues into clear recommendations for decision-makers.
Where a matter requires additional expertise, I work with other lawyers and patent attorneys. The client retains one point of contact and a coherent strategy.
How I work
The purpose of our work is to solve the problem and enable action — not to produce documents that change nothing.
I establish the objective, constraints and actual risk. I do not begin with a theoretical list of legal provisions.
I translate the analysis into options, costs and consequences — in language that is useful to the business.
I negotiate, prepare the documents or represent the client in a dispute. Responsibility does not end with a legal opinion.
